I have always been super quick to dismiss the idea of ET life, but I must say if men of this degree of intelligence are open to it, then I should at least listen to the proposition.
I had the same thought and now see I was wrong in my quick dismissals. This reminded me that believing in God's unlimited wisdom and power means I must admit that any and all things are possible through God, even if inconceivable to our finite human mind.
Interesting. I have defaulted to the position of them being demons. I am curious if CS Lewis’s “Out of the Silent Planet” was influenced by speculations such as this?
